With Christmas that just past i got a few Barnes and Noble gift cards which i used right away to get books ive been longing for.. Along with the many that i ordered Colorstrology by Michele Bernhardt came! Ive been wanting this book for a long time now but never got it..Until NOW!

It pretty much explains your astrology for your birthday.. What color best suits you and what the color is for the entire month

I'm quite intrigued by this and will posting the color for the month on every first of the month starting January 1st :)

We are the stars

I have yet to meet Kelis, Even so i feel like she speaks to me with her words in almost every song on her "Flesh Tone" Album. She is so Original and true to herself. Its amazing how she did most of her album in her garage while pregnant.. It seems like it took her to another place..

Plus ** she makes me want to DANCE!

This is one of my favorites ..Others include "Emancipate" , "Home" , and "Song for the baby" << Which made me cry

So there was an after christmas sale at Macys and I got a couple of things..

I'm really loving bags that have some color in them.. It gives to the outfit. especially when wearing neutral colors...

"Emily" has a strap that I can put on my shoulder or if I just want to hold in my hands I can as well. Plus it's one of my favorite colors; PURPLE :)!

CHANGE:

The externals seem to be the easiest to change.. [ Enviorments, Clothes ..Etc ] but when it comes to dealing with ourselves from the inside.. at least from my point of view it seems to be the hardest..

I've been going through this struggle for the past couple of years now and even though many people who noticed my struggle told me to change before....Now it seems like life is telling me I need a change within me in order to move to the next level.. it is coming from all angles i have become more aware of my life and my actions..

I...

• would blame others for the decisions i made *[ My parents, Siblings, Friends.. Etc]
• created this fear of showing who i really was so i pushed everyone away
• didn't believe in myself or know who i was *[ I still don't]

If i just would let the true me show.. then i wouldnt have to have this fear because the ones around me would understand completely..and those who didnt will eventually not be in my life anymore..

I guess thats why i want to be commited to this blog now.. So that im able to expose myself even to a complete stranger.. and if you enjoy it Wooo Hoo! and if not Wooo Hooo! At least at the end of the day i was true to myself.. and that is all that matters.

A Decision Made

It seems like the year has gone by so fast! the trees are lit, the weather is sooooo cold and another year is around the corner which has made me think about what i really want to do with my life and be able to look back five years from now and say i did something worthwhile..

With that said i'm finally going to make a commitment to my blog and be on top of it most of the week..
